Slope Stabilization

First Alliance Church was having difficulty maintaining a steep section of turf next to a newly constructed detention pond. The exposed soil was eroding and runoff from the church parking lot was cutting rills down the hill. EcoGro was consulted and recommended seeding the area with native flowers and grasses to control the erosion, minimize the maintenance, make it more attractive, and provide a habitat for wildlife.

Key Features:

  • Design/build
  • Compost erosion controls
  • Soil bioengineering
  • Native plants
