This project, designed by Bell Engineering, is intended to serve a dual-purpose as a passive park with stormwater management functions. As a $12,000,000 FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant, the primary purpose was to address flooding problems caused by an undersized system on the southern part of the University of Kentucky’s main campus. For more information please view the full project profile.
